Saks Florida Medical Office

About the Space

This newly constructed 10,000 sq ft two-story commercial building delivers a refined contemporary presence with a palette of cream stucco and dark horizontally slatted wood paneling. The composition pairs with a flat-roof beige facade with a taller wood-clad elevation, uniting the two volumes through a consistent language of rectangular glazing, deep-set storefront windows, and a covered column-supported walkway around the street level.
Interior tenants and customers step under the overhang into a protected entry, while oversized dark-framed glass at grade gives the ground floor strong retail visibility and generous natural light. The upper level carries the same clean geometry — square and rectangular openings set into the textured facade — providing flexible [office / medical / studio] space with a bright, modern feel.
Landscaping has been completed with young specimen trees and defined mulch beds, softening the building’s architectural lines and giving the property ready-for-occupancy curb appeal. The crisp twilight lighting at the site photographs well, flattering the material mix of stucco, wood, and glass.
