Hi, I’m Keshav Goyal.

My journey in construction began long before my formal education – rooted in childhood curiosity of how things were built, why they were built a certain way, and how a simple idea could eventually become something real.

I grew up in a humble home in India, where I learned early that a home doesn’t have to be grand to be meaningful. It is where families come together, where values are passed down, and where some of life’s most important memories are made.

That curiosity never really went away. It simply grew up with me.

Today, I have the privilege of building homes and projects that are far beyond anything I could have imagined as that kid growing up in India.

I’m naturally a problem solver, and I love the challenges that come with construction. My clients know me as accessible, hands-on, and perhaps a little bit of a workaholic. I enjoy being involved in the details, working alongside talented architects, designers, and craftsmen, and finding solutions when something doesn’t go according to plan.

I’m also blessed to share life with my amazing wife, Ananya who works in neurology whose support keeps me grounded and grateful every day.

When I am not working, I spend time with my family, traveling, gardening, and cooking.

Today, I run Goyal Development, driven by the same values that shaped my life: family, integrity, faith, honesty, dedication, and quality.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Jaypee University of Information Technology in India, and later moved to the United States to pursue my Master’s in Construction Management from the University of Florida – Go Gators! That opportunity was a defining part of my American dream: to grow, learn, and one day create something of my own.

After years of working in the industry, I realized my true passion was in creating more personal, meaningful experiences including meeting face to face with clients, understanding their dreams, and building spaces that would stand strong for generations.
Today, I run Goyal Development, driven by the same values that shaped my life: family, integrity, faith, honesty, dedication, and quality.

I’m also blessed to share life with my amazing wife, a dedicated PA in Neurosurgery, whose support keeps me grounded and grateful every day.
