My journey in construction began long before my formal education – rooted in childhood curiosity and a deep fascination with the machines and people transforming the world around me. Growing up in a humble home in India, I dreamed of building a better life not just for myself, but for others as well.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Jaypee University of Information Technology in India, and later moved to the United States to pursue my Master’s in Construction Management from the University of Florida – Go Gators! That opportunity was a defining part of my American dream: to grow, learn, and one day create something of my own.
After years of working in the industry, I realized my true passion was in creating more personal, meaningful experiences including meeting face to face with clients, understanding their dreams, and building spaces that would stand strong for generations.
Today, I run Goyal Development, driven by the same values that shaped my life: family, integrity, faith, honesty, dedication, and quality.
I’m also blessed to share life with my amazing wife, a dedicated PA in Neurosurgery, whose support keeps me grounded and grateful every day.
